1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website thedropphx.com and any related services provided by The Drop PHX (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

The Drop PHX is an event venue and creative space located at 4700 N 12th St, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Our services include hosting events, selling event tickets through our website, venue rentals, and related event production services.

3. Ticket Purchases

Purchasing

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted for a specific event
• You must provide accurate personal information when purchasing tickets
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent
• Ticket prices include the base price; processing fees are calculated and displayed at checkout

Promo Codes

• Promo codes are valid only for specified events and timeframes
• Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promo codes at any time
• Promo codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a per-event basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing fees are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by The Drop PHX, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

4. Event Attendance

• You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for event entry
• Some events have age restrictions; valid government-issued ID may be required
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, is behaving disruptively, or violates our code of conduct
• Photography and video recording policies vary by event; please check event details
• By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you notify staff otherwise

5. Code of Conduct

The Drop PHX is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment. All attendees must:

• Treat all guests, staff, and performers with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
• Not bring weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited items into the venue
• Follow all instructions from venue staff and security
• Not damage venue property, equipment, or installations

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund and potential banning from future events.

6. Family Events

Certain events, including Little Ravers Society, are family-friendly and welcome children. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The parent or guardian is responsible for their child’s behavior and safety. Ticket purchases for minors must be made by a parent or guardian.

7. SMS and Email Communications

By purchasing tickets or providing your contact information, you may receive:

• Transactional messages: Order confirmations, event reminders, and important updates about events you’ve purchased tickets for
• Promotional messages: Information about upcoming events, special offers, and exclusive discounts

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or replying “unsubscribe” to any email. Transactional messages related to active orders cannot be opted out of. 8. Venue Rentals

9. Intellectual Property

All content on thedropphx.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of The Drop PHX or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Drop PHX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any errors or omissions in our content
• Personal injury or property damage related to event attendance
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party content or conduct

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Assumption of Risk

Event attendance involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to loud music, flashing lights, crowded environments, and physical activity. By purchasing tickets and attending events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with event attendance. If you have medical conditions that may be affected by these conditions (such as epilepsy or heart conditions), please consult your physician before attending.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
