Prices include cleaning. December and holiday weekends are priced higher. Extra hours are 25% of your package each. Brand activations and events over 205 guests are quoted one by one, usually $6,000–$12,000.

How much does a private event cost?
Packages start at $795 for up to 30 guests Sunday through Thursday. Every package is the whole venue for your group only. The Full House for up to 205 guests starts at $2,950. Friday and Saturday cost more, and the price check above shows your exact price for your date and group. Cleaning is included. A refundable damage deposit is collected at signing, and BYOB events or groups of 100+ need one-day event liability insurance.
How do deposits work?
A 50% deposit holds your date once you sign the agreement, and the balance is due 7 days before your event. The booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, the rest of the rental is refunded on a sliding scale: in full 91+ days out, down to nothing within 14 days. A separate refundable damage deposit is returned after the event.
How many guests can you fit?
Up to 205 guests with The Full House. The Session fits up to 30, The Takeover up to 100 and The Big Night up to 150. Whatever the size, you get the whole venue to yourselves.
Can I book just the space by the hour?
Yes, for photo and video shoots: $125/hr Sunday through Thursday and $175/hr Friday and Saturday daytime, 3-hour minimum. Parties book a package.
Do you host bigger brand events?
Yes. Brand activations, launches and productions over 205 guests or with custom builds are quoted one by one, usually $6,000–$12,000.
Planning your event
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, at private invite-only events. You and your guests 21+ can bring your own beer, wine or spirits from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. under our Arizona liquor department BYOB exemption. A Title 4-trained bartender must pour, and we can recommend one. We never sell alcohol or charge for it, and state per-guest limits apply.
Can we bring food or a caterer?
Yes. Bring your own food and cake, or hire a permitted caterer. Tell us when you book so we can plan setup.
Can we bring our own DJ?
Yes. Plug into our DJ booth and sound system, play your own playlist over Bluetooth, or ask us to book a DJ for you.
Can we decorate?
Yes. No glitter, confetti or open flame, and decorations can't damage the walls or surfaces. Take them down before your booking ends.
On the day
Will someone from The Drop be there?
Yes. Every package includes a host on site, and larger packages include a coordinator and extra staff.

Free parking in our lot at 4700 N 12th St, Suite 111, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
